الخطوات

  1. عقدة Webhook تستقبل POST /webhook/new-lead من نموذج موقعك (name, email, phone, message).
  2. عقدة Code تتحقق من البريد وتنظّف الحقول.
  3. HTTP Request يحفظ العميل في Cloudflare KV بالمفتاح lead:TIME:EMAIL.
  4. يتأكد من نجاح الحفظ ثم يرسل تنبيه ntfy ‏'New lead: …'.
  5. Respond to Webhook يعيد ‎{ok:true,key}‎ إلى النموذج.

Real POST to the n8n webhook (n8n 1.70.3) → lead written to a real Cloudflare KV namespace via the Cloudflare API and read back with wrangler → real ntfy push 'New lead: Test Lead' 06:12 AST → test key then deleted. An invalid email was rejected (HTTP 500, nothing stored).

الإعداد

You will need

  • Free ntfy app (iOS/Android) or ntfy.sh in a browser – no account needed
  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)
  • A free Cloudflare account (for Workers KV storage)
  • An n8n instance reachable from the internet (n8n Cloud, or self-hosted behind HTTPS) so your form can call the webhook

Credentials

  • Cloudflare dashboard → Storage & Databases → KV → Create namespace; copy its ID. Copy your Account ID from the dashboard sidebar.
  • Cloudflare → My Profile → API Tokens → Create Custom Token with permission Account › Workers KV Storage › Edit, scoped to your account.
  • In n8n: Credentials → New → Header Auth. Name: Authorization, Value: Bearer <your token>. Then open the 'Save lead to Cloudflare KV' node and select this credential.

Configure

  • Config node: set cfAccountId, kvNamespaceId, ntfyTopic.
  • Point your form at https://<your-n8n>/webhook/new-lead with method POST and JSON body.

Test

  • Activate the workflow, then run: curl -X POST https://<your-n8n>/webhook/new-lead -H 'content-type: application/json' -d '{"name":"Test","email":"test@example.com","message":"hi"}'
  • Expect {"ok":true,…}, an ntfy alert, and the key in Cloudflare → KV → your namespace → KV Pairs.

Common errors

  • Nothing arrives in ntfy: the topic in Config must match the one you subscribed to exactly (case-sensitive).
  • Workflow never runs on its own: toggle it Active (top right) – the 'Run manually (test)' trigger only runs when you click Test workflow.
  • 404 'webhook not registered': the workflow is not Active, or you used /webhook-test/ while not listening.
  • 500 'Error in workflow' for a bad email is expected (validation); fix the form input.
  • KV 401/403: token lacks Workers KV Storage Edit or wrong account ID.
  • Browser forms on another domain need CORS – submit via your own backend or add CORS headers in the Respond node.
