تسجيل طلبات Shopify في Google Sheets ‏(n8n)

كل طلب في Shopify يظهر صفًا في جدولك.

الخطوات

  1. Shopify Trigger يعمل مع كل طلب جديد.
  2. عقدة Set تأخذ التاريخ والإجمالي والعميل والمنتجات.
  3. Google Sheets يضيف صفًا لكل طلب (استخدم جدولًا محوريًا للإجماليات).

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Shopify Trigger (orders/create), Google Sheets (nodes switched off; sample order used)

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted is free; Cloud from €20/mo)
  • Shopify store and a Google Sheet

Credentials

  • Shopify Access Token / App in n8n
  • Google Sheets OAuth2

Configure

  • Point the Sheets node at your orders spreadsheet and tab.
  • Activate the workflow so Shopify can deliver order webhooks.

Test

  • Click Test workflow with a sample order payload, or place a test order in Shopify.

Common errors

  • No rows: the workflow must be Active and the Shopify Trigger topic must be orders/create.
  • Wrong columns: edit the Set node field mapping to match your sheet headers.
