الخطوات

  1. Stripe Trigger ‏(invoice.paid) يسجّل العميل في Google Sheets مع sent = no.
  2. جدولة يومية الساعة 10:00 تقرأ الجدول.
  3. Filter يُبقي من دفعوا أمس ولم يُطلب منهم بعد.
  4. Gmail يرسل رابط تقييم Google.
  5. Sheets يحدّث نفس الصف إلى sent = yes (بمطابقة الصف) حتى لا يُطلب التقييم مرتين عن نفس الدفعة.

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Stripe Trigger (invoice.paid), Google Sheets, Gmail (nodes switched off; sample data used)

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted is free; Cloud from €20/mo)
  • Stripe, Google Sheets and Gmail

Credentials

  • Stripe API in n8n
  • Google Sheets OAuth2
  • Gmail OAuth2

Configure

  • Paste your Google review link into the Gmail node.
  • Point both Sheets nodes at the same spreadsheet and tab.
  • Activate the workflow so Stripe Trigger can receive invoice.paid.

Test

  • Click Test workflow with a sample invoice.paid payload, then run the daily branch with a yesterday row.

Common errors

  • No email sent: check the Filter (paid yesterday + sent=no) and the sheet date format.
  • Stripe Trigger idle: the workflow must be Active and Stripe must use the Production webhook URL.
