ملخص مبيعات Square اليومي إلى Telegram ‏(n8n)

إجمالي مبيعات اليوم وعدد الدفعات على جوالك عند الإغلاق.

حدود: تقرأ أول 100 دفعة فقط في اليوم (صفحة واحدة من Square API)، فالأيام المزدحمة ستُحسب أقل من الحقيقة.

الخطوات

  1. جدولة يومية الساعة 23:00.
  2. HTTP Request يجلب مدفوعات Square لليوم.
  3. عقدة Code تجمع الدفعات المكتملة وتعدّها.
  4. Telegram يرسل لك الملخص.

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Square payments API (HTTP Request), Telegram (nodes switched off; sample payments used)

الإعداد

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted is free; Cloud from €20/mo)
  • Square account and a Telegram bot

Credentials

  • Square access token (Header Auth or query)
  • Telegram Bot API token

Configure

  • Set your Square location and auth on the HTTP Request node.
  • Set the Telegram chat ID to your phone.
  • Change the Schedule cron if closing is not 23:00.

Test

  • Click Test workflow: you should get a sample summary message in Telegram once credentials are attached.

Common errors

  • Zero totals: check the Square date filter uses your shop timezone.
  • Telegram 401: regenerate the bot token and re-attach the credential.
