الخطوات

  1. نموذج n8n: ارفع إيصالًا أو فاتورة PDF (ملفات نصية، لا صور).
  2. Extract from File يقرأ نص PDF.
  3. عقدة Config: موضوع ntfy وحساب Cloudflare ومساحة KV ومفتاح CSV.
  4. عقدة Code تستخرج الرقم والمورّد والتواريخ والمجموع والضريبة والإجمالي والعملة، وتضع needs_review إذا نقص الرقم أو الإجمالي.
  5. يقرأ CSV من KV، ويتجاهل المكرر بالرقم، ويضيف صفًا ويحفظه.
  6. تنبيه ntfy: ‏'Invoice logged' أو 'Duplicate invoice skipped'.

Ran as an active workflow on local n8n 1.70.3: uploaded a sample text PDF through the live n8n Form, the row was written to a real Cloudflare KV CSV, and a real ntfy push 'Invoice logged: INV-2026-0417' arrived (08:24 AST). A second upload of the same PDF gave 'Duplicate invoice skipped'. No AI key used.

الإعداد

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)
  • Free ntfy app – no account needed
  • A free Cloudflare account with a KV namespace

Credentials

  • Cloudflare API token with Account → Workers KV Storage → Edit (free Cloudflare account)
  • In n8n: Credentials → New → Header Auth, Name: Authorization, Value: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN

Configure

  • Open Config: set ntfyTopic, cfAccountId, kvNamespaceId and csvKey (default receipts.csv).
  • Attach your Header Auth credential to the two Cloudflare nodes.
  • Toggle Active, then open the form's Production URL.

Test

  • Upload a text PDF: you get 'Invoice logged: …'.
  • Upload it again: you get 'Duplicate invoice skipped'.
  • Open the KV key to see the CSV and paste it into any spreadsheet.

Common errors

  • Empty text: the PDF is a scan or photo; this recipe reads text PDFs only (no OCR, no AI).
  • needs_review = yes: your PDFs use different labels; edit the regexes in 'Parse invoice fields'.
  • KV 401/403: the token lacks Workers KV Storage Edit, or the value is missing 'Bearer '.
  • Nothing arrives in ntfy: the topic in Config must match the one you subscribed to exactly (case-sensitive).
