تذكيرات متابعة عروض الأسعار في اليوم 2 و5 و10

تعرف بالضبط أي عروض أسعار تتابعها في اليوم 2 و5 و10، ويتوقف التذكير عند الرد أو القبول.

الخطوات

  1. Schedule Trigger يوميًا الساعة 09:00.
  2. عقدة Config: مفتاح KV لقائمة العروض، وأيام التذكير [2,5,10].
  3. يقرأ قائمة العروض (JSON) من KV.
  4. عقدة Code تتجاهل العروض المقبولة أو المردود عليها أو المرفوضة، وتحسب للعروض المفتوحة الأيام منذ الإرسال وموعد التذكير التالي (مرة يوميًا كحد أقصى، و3 مرات إجمالًا).
  5. يحفظ عدّادات التذكير في KV.
  6. تنبيه ntfy بمن تتابعه اليوم مع رسالة جاهزة، والعروض التي توقفت.

ما الذي جرّبناه

✓ مجرّبة بالكامل بتاريخ 2026-10-16، على خدمات حقيقية في n8n 1.70.3. تفاصيل الاختبار (بالإنجليزية):

Ran on local n8n 1.70.3 with 6 test quotes in real Cloudflare KV: day-2, day-5 and day-10 quotes got nudge 1/3, 2/3, 3/3; accepted and replied quotes were stopped; a 1-day-old quote was left alone. Counters were written back to KV (read back and verified), and a real ntfy push arrived. A second run the same day sent nothing (no double nudges). Not included / untested: automatic email to the customer and automatic reply detection – you send the drafted message and mark replies in the list (a Gmail swap needs a Google account and was not tested).

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)
  • Free ntfy app – no account needed
  • A free Cloudflare account with a KV namespace

Credentials

  • Cloudflare API token with Account → Workers KV Storage → Edit (free Cloudflare account)
  • In n8n: Credentials → New → Header Auth, Name: Authorization, Value: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN

Configure

  • Create a KV key 'quotes.json' with a JSON array: [{"id":"Q-101","customer":"Name","email":"x@y.com","amount":"SAR 4,200","sentDate":"2026-10-14","status":"sent"}]
  • When a customer replies or accepts, change status to replied/accepted – nudges stop.
  • Config: cfAccountId, kvNamespaceId, quotesKey, nudgeDays, yourName, ntfyTopic.

Test

  • Add a quote with sentDate 2 days ago and click Test workflow: you get 'Send 1 quote follow-up(s) today'.
  • Click Test again: nothing is sent (already nudged today).
  • Set status to accepted: it is listed as stopped and never nudged again.

Common errors

  • Dates must be YYYY-MM-DD.
  • A quote is never nudged: it was sent less than 2 days ago, or its status is not 'sent'.
  • KV step returns 401/403: the token lacks Workers KV Storage Edit, or the Header Auth value is missing the word 'Bearer '.
  • 'key missing or not JSON': create the key in Cloudflare → Workers & Pages → KV → your namespace → Add entry, with a JSON array as the value.
  • Nothing arrives in ntfy: the topic in Config must match the one you subscribed to exactly (case-sensitive).
  • Never runs on its own: toggle the workflow Active – the manual trigger only runs when you click Test workflow.
