الخطوات

  1. Webhook يستقبل بيانات النموذج (name, email, phone, message).
  2. عقدة Code تتحقق من البريد وتفصل الاسم الأول والأخير.
  3. عقدة HubSpot تنشئ جهة الاتصال أو تحدّثها بالبريد.
  4. عقدة Gmail ترسل لك تفاصيل العميل.

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): HubSpot and Gmail (nodes switched off during the run)

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)

Credentials

  • HubSpot private app token (free HubSpot CRM)
  • Gmail OAuth2 in n8n

Configure

  • Point your form's POST/webhook to the Webhook node's Production URL.
  • Change YOU@yourbusiness.com in the Gmail node to your email.

Test

  • Click Test workflow: the 'Run manually (test)' trigger feeds sample data through the logic.
  • Check the app node's output, then toggle the workflow Active.

Common errors

  • 'Lead has no valid email': the form must send a field named email.
  • HubSpot 401: the private app token needs the crm.objects.contacts.write scope.
