الخطوات
- Stripe يرسل checkout.session.completed إلى Webhook.
- عقدة Code تُبقي الدفعات المكتملة وتقرأ اسم العميل وبريده والمبلغ.
- عقدة Google Drive تنشئ مجلدًا للعميل.
- عقدة Gmail ترسل رسالة ترحيب برابط نموذج البيانات.
- عقدة Trello تنشئ بطاقة الاستقبال.

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):
Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Stripe event, Google Drive, Gmail, Trello (nodes switched off; sample events used)

You will need
- n8n (self-hosted is free; Cloud from €20/mo)
- Stripe, Google and Trello accounts
Credentials
- Google Drive OAuth2 and Gmail OAuth2 in n8n
- Trello API key + token
Configure
- In Stripe → Developers → Webhooks, send checkout.session.completed to the Webhook's Production URL.
- Set your intake form link in the Gmail node and your list ID in the Trello node.
- Add Stripe signature checking before production use.
Test
- Click Test workflow: sample events run through the logic.
- Then send a Stripe test event.
Common errors
- 'No customer email in Stripe event': enable email collection in Checkout.
- Nothing happens: the workflow must be Active and Stripe must use the Production URL.
