تذكيرات بالبريد للفواتير المتأخرة (n8n)

الفواتير المتأخرة يصل عنها تذكير مهذب دون أن تلاحقها بنفسك.

الخطوات

  1. الجدولة كل يوم عمل الساعة 09:00.
  2. عقدة Google Sheets تقرأ تبويب Invoices.
  3. عقدة Code تُبقي الفواتير غير المدفوعة بعد موعدها وتحسب أيام التأخير.
  4. عقدة Gmail ترسل تذكيرًا لكل عميل.

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Google Sheets and Gmail (nodes switched off; sample invoices used)

الإعداد

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)

Credentials

  • Google Sheets OAuth2 and Gmail OAuth2 in n8n

Configure

  • Sheet columns: Invoice, Client, Email, Amount, DueDate (YYYY-MM-DD), Status.
  • Paste your sheet URL into the Google Sheets node.

Test

  • Click Test workflow: the 'Run manually (test)' trigger feeds sample data through the logic.
  • Check the app node's output, then toggle the workflow Active.

Common errors

  • Every invoice gets a reminder: mark paid ones with Status = Paid.
  • Wrong 'days late': DueDate must be YYYY-MM-DD.
