الخطوات

  1. Schedule Trigger يوميًا الساعة 09:00.
  2. HTTP Request إلى api.frankfurter.app لآخر سعر من البنك المركزي الأوروبي.
  3. عقدة Code تفحص alertBelow و alertAbove.
  4. تنبيه ntfy فقط عند الخروج عن النطاق.

الإعداد

You will need

  • Free ntfy app (iOS/Android) or ntfy.sh in a browser – no account needed
  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)

Credentials

  • None.

Configure

  • Config: base, quote, alertBelow, alertAbove, ntfyTopic. Note: ECB rates don't include SAR; for SAR use USD (SAR is pegged at 3.75/USD).

Test

  • Set alertAbove below today's rate and click Test workflow to force an alert, then restore.

Common errors

  • Nothing arrives in ntfy: the topic in Config must match the one you subscribed to exactly (case-sensitive).
  • Workflow never runs on its own: toggle it Active (top right) – the 'Run manually (test)' trigger only runs when you click Test workflow.
  • 'no rate': the currency code isn't in the ECB list – see api.frankfurter.app/currencies.
  • Rates update once per working day, so weekends repeat Friday's rate.
