تذكير بالمواعيد برسالة نصية من Google Calendar ‏(n8n)

الخطوات

  1. الجدولة يوميًا الساعة 18:00.
  2. عقدة Google Calendar تجلب مواعيد الغد.
  3. عقدة Code تقرأ ‏'Phone: +966…' من وصف كل موعد.
  4. عقدة Twilio ترسل تذكيرًا لكل عميل.

ما الذي جرّبناه

غير مجرّبة على خدمات حقيقية شُغّلت في n8n بخدمات محاكاة بتاريخ 2026-10-16، ولم تُجرَّب بعد على التطبيقات الحقيقية. التفاصيل (بالإنجليزية):

Imported into local n8n 1.70.3 without errors. The logic ran end-to-end on sample data with the app nodes switched off (no real accounts were connected), so the app steps themselves are not tested.
Mocked (not tested for real): Google Calendar and Twilio (nodes switched off; sample events used)

You will need

  • n8n (self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud from €20/mo)

Credentials

  • Google Calendar OAuth2 in n8n
  • Twilio Account SID + Auth Token

Configure

  • Add 'Phone: +9665…' to each appointment's description.
  • Set your Twilio number in the Twilio node's From field.

Test

  • Click Test workflow: the 'Run manually (test)' trigger feeds sample data through the logic.
  • Check the app node's output, then toggle the workflow Active.

Common errors

  • Events skipped: no 'Phone:' line in the description.
  • Times look off: n8n uses the instance timezone (Settings > Timezone).
